The first training session on “Business Model – Revenue Model”, for the student teams of the Eurydice acceleration program, was held virtually on January 24th, 2023.
The session aimed at providing participants with a theoretical and practical understanding of what a business model is, with a particular emphasis on the process of designing and defining the revenue model and streams. The Business Model Canvas template was used to introduce the student teams to the concept of business models and the various blocks involved, with a focus on the different types of revenue and business models with the use of case studies.
Building a successful business model is one of the most important tools for a startup’s success as it provides an overview of the company’s business strategy, target segments, value delivered to customers, operations, and, most importantly, how the business will generate revenue.
